Our Story
Patrick Breen Masonry & Concrete is a third-generation, family-owned concrete and masonry company based in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. Our grandfather founded this business in 1983 with a trowel and a simple promise — do quality work, treat people right, and stand behind everything you build.
That was 43+ years ago, and we still run the company the same way. His knowledge was passed to his sons, and from them to the current generation running the company today. Three generations working side by side, bringing together decades of hands-on experience with modern techniques, materials, and equipment.
We're not a franchise. We're not a general contractor who subs out the work. We're a family of concrete and masonry professionals who live in the communities we serve — and every patio, driveway, pool deck, and outdoor space we create has our name on it.
What We Build
We specialize in stamped concrete patios, driveways, pool decks, walkways, decorative steps, masonry, stone veneer, pavers, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, water features, and concrete resealing. If it's made of concrete, brick, or stone — we build it, repair it, and make it last.
Stamped concrete is our specialty. We pour, color, stamp, and seal every slab by hand — creating custom surfaces that look like natural stone, brick, or slate at a fraction of the cost. We carry dozens of stamp patterns and an unlimited range of color combinations, so every project is one of a kind.
Our masonry services include brick and block construction, stone veneer installation, chimney repair and rebuilds, repointing, retaining walls, and foundation work. We also install premium pavers from Techo-Bloc, Belgard, and Marmiro for patios, driveways, pool decks, and walkways.

We do our own work. Every project is poured, stamped, colored, and sealed by our own crew — no subcontractors, no day laborers, no middlemen. The same experienced team shows up on day one and stays until the job is done. That's why our work holds up for 25 to 30 years while jobs done by other contractors crack and fade in a few seasons.
The owner is on-site. You won't get handed off to a project manager or a sales rep. The owner supervises every project personally, making sure every detail is right — from the base prep to the final sealer coat.
We know South Jersey. We've poured concrete in every type of soil, grade, and drainage condition across Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, and Atlantic counties. We understand local building codes, HOA requirements, and the freeze-thaw challenges that destroy concrete when it's not installed properly.
